At Good American Football, every piece is handmade and custom-created SPECIFICALLY for you using the jersey you provide. Because each order is custom, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Due to the personalized nature of each other, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom items.

CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED JERSEYS:

Customers are responsible for ensuring the jersey sent in is the correct size, style, and team before shipping. Once production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

SIZING:

Every garment is made by using the measurements that YOU provide. Please double check all measurements before submitting your order form, as we cannot offer refunds pr remakes for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

SHIPPING:

Good American Football is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. Most orders are sent USPS Priority Mail. If a package is lost in transit, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.
